Double rooms in the South Section (Ocean View) are priced at approximately RMB 600–750 per month, while double rooms in the North Section (City View) range from RMB 500–650 per month. Based on the length of stay, the estimated annual cost is around RMB 5,000–7,500 per year (10 months) or RMB 6,000–9,000 per year (12 months).
